You will find that we have a wide range of railway models from tiny “N” gauge through to LGB “G” scale for garden railways.

And everything between, but it’s not just trains that we sell.

We also sell Scalextric cars and accessories, Airfix and other plastic kits and die cast models.

We have a wide range of modelling materials, glues, paints, tools and much much more.

What we don’t have we will order for you.

Any item can be posted, postage is charged at cost. Please ask.

We can now offer a competitively priced DCC chip fitting service, sound chips and speakers can also be fitted. Call or contact us for prices.

We offer a repair service for most makes with free estimates.

We have a free lay-away service for goods, (ideal for presents).

Did we mention free parking across the road in the “Matalan” car park for 90 minutes?

Travelling by bus? Stagecoach 80 “Holymoorside” or 90 “Yew Tree” or Hulleys 170 “Bakewell” all go from Chesterfield’s Beetwell Street bus station to Matalan.

Several new items of stock have arrived, some are on our “New in” section. We also have a good selection of Valejo paints and we now stock Uschi rigging thread for model boats.

Just a friendly reminder that we have a lay-away service at no extra cost, and a free to join saving club, whether for presents for Christmas or birthdays or just something for yourself.

We are now stocking the range of RC Carrera Mario Karts and the range of Quadcopters. These are available in store or by post, post is charged at cost, we do not charge for packing.

The Karts are £59.99 and the quadcopters range from £34.99 to £59.99 for the one with a camera onboard.
